On Friday Room 20 and 17 were very lucky to be able to visit and tour Oktober Animation Studio.
During the morning we learnt about the animation process from beginning to end.
We saw all steps of the process from behind the scenes and also got to see some exclusive clips from two brand new TV animation programmes.

We can't wait to start making our own fantasy world animations back at school.

Last Friday during BookWeek, we had a book parade. Every one came to school dressed up as a character from a book.
There were lots of excellent costumes. Lots of children (and teachers) dressed up as very creative characters!
The teachers also dressed up as a book character like everyone else.
Three people from each block came first, second or third place.
One by one each block walked around to music while showing their costumes. Here are some spectacular photos. We hope you had a wonderful time.

Last Tuesday we had a fun day in the Trailblazers community. We worked together to create and make kites. Here is a collage showing our kite making adventure.
